EndoliftX®

Non-Surgical Laser Skin Tightening
If you're noticing early skin laxity, a less defined jawline, a double chin or ageing around the face and neck, Endolift offers a minimally invasive approach to skin tightening and facial contouring.

At Donnybrook Clinic, EndoliftX® uses ultra-thin optical fibres to deliver controlled laser energy beneath the skin. The treatment can stimulate collagen production, encourage tissue contraction and, where appropriate, target small areas of localised fat.

The result is gradual, natural-looking improvement in skin firmness and facial definition without the incisions and recovery associated with traditional facelift surgery.
What is Endolift?
Originally developed in Italy and now used worldwide, Endolift is suitable for both the face and body. The procedure involves the use of ultra-thin, flexible optical fibres, thinner than a strand of hair, inserted under the skin.
These fibres deliver controlled laser energy that causes immediate tightening of the skin while also triggering collagen production deep within the dermis. Over the following months, the body naturally remodulates the treated areas, resulting in firmer, smoother, and more youthful-looking skin.

What to Expect
Most clients are surprised by how quick and straightforward the experience is. The treatment itself usually takes between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the number of areas being addressed. Local anaesthetic is applied beforehand to ensure comfort throughout. Following treatment, patients may experience mild redness or swelling, but these effects typically resolve within a few days. There’s no need to cancel plans or take time off work, most people resume their normal activities within 24 to 48 hours.
Results begin to show almost immediately after the session, particularly the tightening effects, but the full outcome develops over time as new collagen forms and skin continues to improve. The most dramatic results tend to appear around 3 to 6 months post-treatment, with effects that can last 1 to 2 years or longer, depending on the individual and their lifestyle.

Is Endolift Treatment Safe?
In terms of safety, Endolift is FDA-approved and widely recognised for its excellent track record when performed by qualified professionals. The risk of complications is minimal, and side effects are usually limited to mild bruising or temporary sensitivity in the treated areas. It is crucial, however, to choose an experienced and certified clinic that uses genuine Endolift technology to ensure optimal results and avoid any adverse effects.
Endolift also pairs well with other aesthetic treatments such as radiofrequency microneedling, making it an excellent addition to a personalised skin rejuvenation plan. Whether you're seeking a subtle refresh or more defined contouring, this procedure can be tailored to your specific goals.
